Clip&Zip replacement slider for plastic zip
Here are the Zlideon sliders that can repair your plastic toothed zips: 3B, 5B, 8B and 10A. The 10A slider can also repair metal zips.
The sliders will clip onto your zip without the need for sewing or unstitching. All you have to do is remove the old slider with pliers and clip on the new one. Repairing your zippers will take just a few minutes thanks to Clip Zip sliders!

Recognizing a plastic zip
Here are a few examples of plastic zips. The main characteristics of plastic zippers are the square teeth at the base and the rounded end. These are rather large teeth compared to nylon, which is very thin and tight.
In the first image, we show you how to measure the width of a zip to find the right slider. You can use a tape measure or a ruler, but it's best to use a caliper (more precise).

Pratique. Seul bémol le mini outil censé aider à la mise en place est trop fragile, et j'ai dû forcer pour l'installer, j'en ai cassé un curseur avant de pouvoir en mettre un. Mais ça reste intéressant pour sauver un vêtement... Ils étaient plus solides lors de mon dernier achat il y a deux ans...

Die Idee ist an sich gut, aber es fehlt eine ausführliche Beschreibung. Ich habe versucht, den Schlitten mit dem Keil zu öffnen, dabei ist er zerbrochen. Bei besserer Beschreibung hätte ich gewusst, dass man den Schlitten nicht öffnen kann.
