Returns charter
Clip&Zip gives you 15 days to return items that do not suit you or that you wish to exchange. Please note, however, that Clip&Zip cannot under any circumstances reimburse an item that you have damaged. We reserve the right to have minor differences in colors and details of our products. If you have any doubts about these details, we recommend that you contact our customer service. Slight color differences or slight modifications cannot give rise to a complaint. Please use common sense. Substitution of a free item or bonus item is not permitted. If you return it, you will not obtain any compensation, neither material nor financial. You can return items to us provided they are in the same condition and packaging as they were delivered to you. The costs of returning the item are your responsibility, the price varying depending on the weight and size of your package. Please note: custom colored products will not be returned or exchanged!
IMPORTANT: Any return, whether a refund or an exchange, must be sent to Clip&Zip with a voucher number generated from your customer account, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse your return. Let Clip&Zip have 1 to 2 weeks to process your return and compensate you accordingly. See the return procedure . Lost and unrequested orders Please note that if an order is lost during the return to Clip&Zip, you will only be able to be reimbursed if you send us the tracking number of your package.
